Complaint regarding Online shopping

Quince foods & beverages pvt ltd. gave an offer in news paper that you order online groceries worth rs.5000 or more, 50% cash back will be paid. i made payment by debit card. but neither order delivered nor money refunded. this all happened on 10–9–2017, reading in local news paper as well as national newspaper times of india, via hypermarket cart app.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
