I came across a new Online Shopping Store named HOOFS.in. I placed an order of Mens Light Blue Shoes. While at the checkout I noticed that I selected the wrong size for the pair of the shoes. In a moment, I logged into the account to cancel the order. But to my surprise, the account showed “no recent purchases”. Despite continuous E-mails and Messages, i recieved no answer. The time a recieved the order, I again logged into the account to apply for the return policy. Surprisingly, the account still showed “no recent purchases”. I tried calling at the Mobile number given at their website, but it stated switched off. At last, I sent the order at an address given on their Website and on the Invoice as well, through courier spending money from my pocket. Now, its been more than two weeks and their is no information about the product as well as the money. I request you to kindly look up to the matter.
