Complaint regarding order placed with myntra

I ordered few items from myntra. The delivery guy returned the item saying i didn’t take it which is wrong.
When i tried reaching mytntra they accepted thei fault and asked me to replce tge order. Now the order price has increased from 750to 1400. They say they can’t do anything. Nd a simple sorry. I feel betryed as a customer.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
