Complaint regarding order placed with Teekart

I had placed an online order with “tee kart” on 3 July my order no is “19097 “for hair remover with complete full advance payment by credit card. But I found something fishy about this site because the option given in the order to cancel was not at all responding. They confirmed my order by their email. On 5 July I again mailed them to cancel my order and make my complete refund. No response. Again mailed on 6 July. Still no response. On 7 July I receive the parcel and now a mail from them that since product is delivered and it’s too late to cancel the order. I now mailed them and requested to return the product and asking them their address where I can send back. But till date I have not received their any response. This is clearly a cheating. Hence I want to lodge a complaint.

    mam same case here… plz tell me if ur problem will resolve.. so i can also take my refund
    i m ordering 2 pcs straighter but they will send me only one pcs. plz help me…

    I ordered a flawless hair removal machine from teekart with order id t4531 which is in damaged condition, so I want refund for that .I tried to contact to the company several times but they are showing now no response.pls get my refund back

    I ordered hair straightener, got delivered today in a damaged condition and not working…what to do ???

    With so many online complaints against Teekart, we request the authorities to do the needful and take action against this company for fraudulent activities.

    Goods either arrive damaged or 1 item arrives instead of 3. Beyond that, the company refuses to respond to further queries.
