Complaint regarding order with Flipkart

I placed an order for iPhone 6 on Flipkart. Order was placed on 1st May 2016. For the same I received a confirmation message from Flipkart and Rs 30999 was debited immediately from my account as a payment for iPhone.

On 4 th May, I received a message from Flipkart that my order is cancelled as what I ordered was costing much more. It was the “pricing error on Flipkart’s site” because of which I was able to order it at a lower value that is Rs 30999 earlier. So my order was cancelled without any prior intimation and Flipkart initiated the process to refund back Rs 30999 to my account. The message I received was that I will get my refund back by 18 th May 2016.

When I asked Flipkart to provide compensation for the trouble caused and for my money Rs 30999 that got stuck unnecessarily with them for an unknown period, they straight away neglected my request.

Issues faced due to this:
1) Why am I facing the trouble due to inconsistency on Flipkart’s site.?
2) Who will pay me the interest for Rs 30999 that is stuck with flipkart from 1 May to probably 18 May ?
