Complaint regarding order with Ladiera.com

I had placed A Order For Travel Bag set of 3 on Ladiera.com through insta gram pop up add on 13th August 2018 for few days i received updated that parcel packed shipped and all but till now i hav not received any delivery there is no contact of the person on the site whom we can contact we had also sent a mail to them till now no reply so please look into this matter and help us to get our refund

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
