I ordered an mblaze ultra wifi df800 prepaid from there official site www.mtsindia.in on 30th march 2015. Till these date I haven’t received the product. I requested cancellation and contacted customer care several times both via phone and there online complaint forum.Very cold response. I want my money back.
Really disappointed with there customer service. I am attaching mail confirmation details of purchase.
