Complaint regarding order with Paytm

Hi, I had ordered Sony mirco vault tiny 32GB pen drive from Paytm for Rs529 on Cash on delivery basis. Order date: 23 march 2015.
Till now there is no update of the pen drive,it just showing handed over to courier since 9 days. I did email paytm 4-5 times, but just got the reply once on 30th march that they will look into this matter and cancel the order if the order is not shiped within next 48 hours. To which i replied to them that i do not want to cancel the order i want the product. Since then i have sent them 3 email but have not got any single reply from them.

They are just neglecting the customer and taking them from granted.They are fooling the customer by listing items for cheap and then not sending them the item and cancelling them. Also there is no customer care number to whom i can contact. I just have to pray that they reply to my email.
