Complaint regarding order with Sendmygift

Send my gift site is running a great deal of cheating and fraud. On 12th night I have place one order of flowers for anniversary of one of my relative who use to reside in Gorakhpur and before placing my order i have confirmed with their executive Axxxxa and Pxxxxxxp 3 time that is it possible to deliver my order on 13th or not. and they said yes we can definitely can do that please place your order.

1- They have not given any notification on my mail id nor have send any notification to cell number that i have used of my relative.

2- Once i was trying to ask help with their executive, i was getting message how can i help you but as soon as i was asking about my oder they stopped replying me back on their live chat

3- Today once i asked for my order they said they will deliver it today…But for me this occasion has been passed so no use of this order.

4- This site is not providing any option to cancel order any how..except mail that they normally don’t read and call where you will never get connect with any of their executive even after waiting so long on their customer care

So my issue is why their executives are making such a fake promises… and intending their customer to believe them.

So want my refund for this order and want legal action again any of such seller either they are charging 1 rs for the service.

    I had ordered cake for 12/02/2016 and the payment was from paytm. Nor the product delivered nor any call. Now also when called on cell number no one attend the call.
    I want my money back.
