I have ordered for two bed sheets on SnapDeal online shop on 19th Jan 2016. I paid money from our business account and Rs.1,290/- has been deducted from our account for two bed sheets. But snapdeal did not refund the money and they have provided us a fake transaction id. Please do the needful. Here I am attaching the bank statement.
