The payment was accepted through PayTm but they say the transaction failed even though I got a message from the company stating that the order has been accepted. I had only Rs. 500 in my account so I can’t place another order right now and they are not responding properly through their helpline. Instead, they are telling me that they can understand how I feel and it will take time to rectify the problem. I’ve asked for someone to call me back and they aren’t even telling me when their representative will call me or if they will arrange a call back at all.
