Complaint regarding Oyo room booking through Paytm

I was paying for a order at oyorooms through my paytm wallet. money deducted from my wallet but no order was created on oyorooms. I contacted with oyorooms guys the said there is no order for the said amount on said date but paytm is saying the money is transfered to paytm. I asked them to resolve the issue with merchant and refund my money the said to wait for some time not its already around 20 days the problem is still not resolved and even paytm is not responding to my emails now.

    Hi Jitender,

    Please let us know the Contact number and Email ID used by you while making the Booking. Also, if the transaction was done successfully via Paytm, please let us know the transaction ID.

    No wonder, you are now asking for providing help now. I have tried to get help for almost 15 days and your support person were always asking for the order id. They said either provide order id or contact paytm. We cant help you in any other way. I did provided them paytm transaction ID but they said use it on paytm not on oyorooms. They denied for any help.

    Now when I came to this portal you are even aggreeing to check details by transaction ID. You should have done it when I was asking through support team.

    By the way paytm has already resolved my problem. It was really a bad experience with your support team.
