I visit visit delhi last weeks and booked oyo rooms urgently from Feb 20th to 21st Feb.

I have booked the OYO room at 11:52 PM on 20th Feb and immediately i have got urgent work and i wanted to cancel that booking and i tried from OYO APP, that time OYO APP gave me some error. then i called to customer care of oyo rooms and the told me that to try after half an hour.

After half an hour they told me that i not possible to cancel that booking because it’s 20th date already passed.
And that time their app gave me error while cancelling the booking and they also did not allow me to postpone my booking my money got wasted. OYO ROOM booking ID :-FBPT0985
