This complaint is regarding a company and website Tripgateway.in that the so called employees act with the consumers.
They randomly call in and describe about the packages and assist people with all the formalities promising ready to use services, gift vouchers but fail to do so when its their turn to implement it. When reaching out to the customer care, they do fake promises that the request will be processed in a day and that’s where they try to escape. When trying to reach a person who assists, the company gives excuses saying the employee has resigned and has been thrown out of the company.
A package was booked on march worth Rs 8999/-. we are still unable to use it and there’s no way out that the company is responding with the promised services.
They are playing with the consumers. Could you please take some action against the company and website and help me refund the money.
More than this, its highly appreciated if the the organisation investigates on the company’s identity so that they don’t get chance to make fool of others yet again.
