Complaint regarding Padmini Airfryer bought through Infibeam

This is with regard to complaint against the company namely PADMINI as i bought a Padmini Airfryer on 13th july 2015 vide Invoice No. DT-150713-2102-003 vide order id 16358405 in the name of Hari Narayan which i booked online from which i received few days later of the booking made at my end. When i received the above said airfryer, i noticed that i neither receive any user manual, recipe book nor i receive any warranty card. The very next day i called at the customer care of the company whose officials totally refused to resolve our issue and also told us not to contact them directly but to contact at infibeam as i booked the product online. Hence the officials of the padmini company totally refused to resolve my issue as being a new user to the airfryer without the user manual i am not able to use the above said product as without the user manual/guidance booklet it can never be possible for a new user to use any product without the user manual.Hence its been useless for me as i am not able to use the above said product.

As advised by the Padmini Company, i called at infibeam, they also ignored our issue and told that they cant deal with it and also it is not their problem and also that they cant support me with this trouble at all.

Hence, both the companies totally refused to resolve our issue.

I even made written complaints to both the companies whether it be Padmini or infibeam but neither of them tried to make a contact with us nor made reply to my complaints.

Hence without the user manual as well as the warranty card its been looking like they have handed over the second hand product in place of a new one.

Hence, the abovesaid product is totally useless for me being a new user to the above said product and also that the company’s customers service is so pathetic that they cant resolve their customer’s issue as advised in the company’s official website.

Also, i checked it from the Padmini Website that they do provide user manual as well as the warranty card with the above said airfryer but neither of the same was provided to me at their end.

Hence, you are requested to take a strict action against both the companies as being a consumer as well as a new user i am fully liable to get the user manual as well as the warranty card as advised by the company in their official website.

Earliest response is needed.
