Complaint regarding PAN card corrections

I have applied for name changes of myself & my father name i have entered the above information online wide application( on (16/07/18 at 02:04 pm). After paying the online payment i have received a message with name simanapalli d sasikanth, immediately i have sent a mail to info@panind.Com to mention my name simanapalli devi sasikanth & father name simanapalli venkata sastry as entered while applying(on 16/07/18 at 02:16pm), i have received a message to first submit my kyc(on 17/07/18 at 01:21 pm).

I have submitted my kyc i.E, passport which was mentioned same as i applied online. I have received a mail from nsdl(0n 05/09/18 at 07:46 am) that my changes are approved & name mentioned is simanapalli d sasikanth immediately I called panind customer care, call used to disconnected after pressing (1) indian citizen & (5) any other issue after calling nearly 100 times i have connected to panind services the customer care executive told me to forward soft copy which i have received immediately i forwarded the same (on 05/09/18 at 12:45 pm) they said that they are raising the complaint for the same & after 2 days again i received a message( on 07/09/18 01:34 pm) that my pancard is getting dispatched without changes, again i called n number of times finally i got connected to panind customer care again they told me that they have raising a complaint, but finally i received a mail from panind stating my card is dispatched; they are saying i have mentioned wrongly( on 08/09/18 at 03:49
pm). I decided now strongly that panind services are making fool out of people, wasting my time
nearly almost 39 days & minting money for their faults from the customers.
I request you to take a serious action on panind services & recommend to cancel their
services at the earliest.
