Complaint regarding Panasonic inverter AC servicing

I have purchase Panasonic inverter Ac, in last May 2014, ( AC-CS/CU/TS12PKYP) ON 31.5.2014, after six months or in winter there was a problem of bad odor & it was extreme & EVEN Compressor was not getting on. we have complained & they were not able to find any reason & they said outside weather is humid & because of that compressor is not getting on. we were tired of bad smelling , it might be their dehumnidifier might not working properly….& it was winter we were just running ac on Fan mode. Again summer started & we have started make AC on & again ac was not working properly. its not giving proper cooling & we have to keep our office ceiling fan ON for getting proper cooling, & after some days , that also not worked & lastly compressor was not getting own & no cooling. we have complained & after 3 days of rigourous complain Panasonic service center man came & said PCb (card) was faulty & they would receive the same from factory within one week or so. Its just irritating to hear that, coz its office , its not home , & my office cabin air exhuasting system is AC exhaust & one can not sit in the office without AC, no supplier & customer can sit in the office , as its really extreme heat there.

No response from panasonic service centeR, they have to raise PO for PCB & after some days they would get spares, but not sure when… what should we will do then ?? such type of services from PAnasonic is not expected , pls help us
