I purchased panasonic cell phone on 15 October 2014. It worked fine for 6 months and then it was restarting so I gave it to service center. They told the motherboard had fault and it needs to be sent to company. They sent it. This took about 2 months. Later they came back and said we will replace your phone with the used one. I did not agree as the EMI number will change and the product could not be claimed in warrantee later. I have written many emails to the email id provided by their customer care and no response.

Later we brought the phone which they were giving and that also did not work so now again it is with there customer care center.

From last six months I am baring Panasonic. I had to buy a new phone as this phone was with Panasonic itself.
