Complaint regarding parcel lost by DTDC

I had parceled a courier(Microsoft Lumia 535 phone) with consignment number V23879045 from Panvel -MF 122, NAvi Mumbai in a secure pouch. It was told by DTDC that it would reach by 4th August. It has lost in the midway and inspite of repeated follow ups for the next two months via mail and mobile no reimbursements as promised by DTDC has not been received.

I have mailed the Manager of Customer Care of Mumbai and MP region several times but no eagerness on the part of DTDC member staffs to update about it is seen except some lame excuses.

It has been told on the part of Kolkata Team that the case has been closed by the vigilance Team and Kolkata Team and that the courier has been lost but there s no sign of reimbursement.

After repeated follow ups the claim form has been sent to me by the Assistant Manager (CRM & CLAIMS) Mumbai which has been duly filled up and sent but after that no proces has been taken forward.

So I would request you to help me in this matter to get back my reimbursement cause the mobile phone was new and was quite important to me.
