Complaint regarding part delivery by Fishaway

I have ordered some live fishes in fishaway.in website. However they have sent me partial order and most of the fishes died in transit. Owner Vxxxxy Axxxxx promised to resend the shipment however he keep delaying with no reason. Gradually he stopped responding and when I asked for refund he didnt respond. This is purely unfair and any help to recover my lost money will be much apriceated.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
