I had placed a prepaid order on Sun, 7th Aug at 10:59 AM for two Park Avenue Belts (Brown & Black) under order Id 160807197786007. I received only part of the order of brown belt on Wed, 24th Aug 2016. through Ecom AWB: 169461402.

I was surprised to see the Jabong portal with the status of the undelivered black belt as DELIVERED. I have made several calls and written emails for the undelivered black belt for either a refund or delivery of the product. But the only answer I have been getting for the past few weeks is that the case is under investigation. I have even uploaded the invoice copy of the received black belt to the Jabong. Its been nearly a month since I have placed the order and I received not the refund nor the item placed.

I would like you to intervene in my case and put an end to this mental trauma meted out by Jabong to me.
