I have issue with MTS data card and my MTS previous complaint no. was May/5838.

My issue is after making the payment in time in the month of May’16 via paytm account as per message received from MTS, but they have charged me late payment fee Rs 100/- and they are disagreeing to it. I have attached the bank statement which clearly shows that amount was successful to paytm account. MTS has a very bad customer service. As window is small am writing my complete issue along with the attachment.
