This is in regard to my complaint for PayTM wallet. I downloaded Paytm app on my Handset on 3rd of Dec and transferred 500 from my Bank Account. But i am unable to use this amount for shopping . After checking the details came to know that my contact number is wrongly updated in Paytm app . Now neither i can use that 500/- through Paytm nor i can transfer back to my savings account.

Since then I am following up with Paytm customer care but no resolution provided till date .
– Complaint lodged online on Paytm Portal with account statement ( debit to Paytm Wallet) –Compliant # 15700430
– Mail marked with complete details -Complaint # 16743951

Every time Paytm sending the reply with standard format of such kind of complaints without understanding the actual compliant of mine. My request to Paytm is to transfer my amount 500/- back to same savings account from where it got transferred to Paytm wallet.

I do not wish to use Paytm any more.
