Complaint regarding Pebble Power Bank, no customer support

I purchased a pebble pocket charger ( power bank) on 21st April 2015 from hyderabad’s Shamshabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport after receiving a discount coupon in the Jet Airways 9W-0345 flight I was travelling. I purchased the 6000mAh Pocket charger with model no- PPC60AUC with serial no being 60A15C05097 for 999 rupees towards taxes and handling as claimed on coupon. And the product has 6 months Replacement guarantee. Within a week the USB connecter stopped working. I thought it to be an ordinary problem so replaced my connector. After which I saw that the product was highly inconsistent. It was not working to its capacity. It was not offering me 2-3 full charges as claimed. Then it even stopped supporitng any USB cable beyond a point. I registered my warranty on their site on 07 may 2015. AFter which I complained on their website. I got a complaint number automatically generated 1600000304. After which I followed up with the company on 8th May. But to my surprise no one from the company responds nor calls back to understand the problems. They have sold incompetent products and are not ready to even address the issues. The counter that sold this is AVA merchandising solutions Pvt Ltd Level D- Hyderabad GMR airport. Transaction No- 1380373. Company website of the product manufacturer/importer is-
