Complaint regarding pending orders with HDFC Smartbuy

HDFC Smartbuy is running a racket of cheating people. My experience has been very pathetic. Have the below pending refund orders from Sept-2015 and more than 20 days:

The behaviour of customer service executives is very poor. They keep you on long holds (>30min), cut calls multiple times- Basically do the maximum so that the customer would get frustrated. The escalation manager is always busy.
Also- you receive lots of promises saying that the refund would happen within 2 days- but nothing happens.
I have called them atleast 30 times but no resolution as of now.

I would recommend people to never use HDFC Smartbuy services. If you happen to be one of the unfortunate people like me, you would just lose your entire in followup and no resolution.
