Complaint regarding Penta Tab service

I infom that I send two penta tab send to penta service center by your authorized service center rajkot at date 8/7/2016. 40 days later no response from panta service. I send many Mai to penta then penta service infom me your both tablet replace.

After 45 days go to penta service center rajkot and see my tablet I’m shock both tablet condition not good many scratch on scree and one of them not working condition. I not agree to receive this tab.

Owner of rajkot penta service center told me please receive it. You send second time to noida service center. So you must be lost your tablet it’s my warranty and acetyl it happen, I send my tablet penta service center by postal india doc no CG 313885502IN at date 8/9/2016.

Then many times call to costumer but not give me satisfy answer some said me please wait 10 days. Some time said me we send your tablet by fist flight curiur. I call to fist flight curiur office ahemdabad he informed me sir your curiur missing if sender party mail us so we will help you otherwise we will close this matter. This information send to panta costumer care portion many times but no any results

Dear Sur my humblely request to you please solve my problem. Otherwise I Shae this mail to all social media sites local news paper. and I ready for fight to penta service with help of Indian court.
