Complaint regarding PF transfer issue

I have applied to transfer my pf amount from my UAN no 100xxxxxxx2 company name AXA technology Bangalore to my current UAN no 101xxxxxxxx50 HSBC Bangalore 6 months before.

The claim status is showing resolved but the money has not transferred in my current UAN no.

I have called so many time to pf office Bangalore they are not replying me correctly. My question is if the claim status is showing settled and the amount is no more showing in my old UAN then it should have been transferred to my new UAN. But amount has not credited in my new uan the approximate amount is more than 100000 (one lakh rupees).

I have raised a grievance as well against EPF office, The grievance no – ROBGL/E/2018/08843. But I have not received any solution yet.

Request you to please help me in this case because the amount is not available in my previous UAN showing nil balance whereas the amount is not credited in my new UAN (note I can see the balance online)
