Complaint regarding Philips LED TV defect due to moisture

I bought philips 40inch full hd led tv online from snapdeal on 6/dec/2014 for price of rs 31450/- but after 1 and 1/2 year successful running of tv . TV stop working suddenly so i registered complaint with philips on 06/07/2016 an engineer from philips came at our to examine tv and he took tv to nagpur service center for further detail examine . after details examine by the senior engineer they conclude that the tv screen has absorbed moisture from air due to which the tv is not functioning properly tv s screen need to be replaced by new one which cost 19500/- rs . warranty period for one year only
now my question is that there was on instruction in tv s instruction manual that the t v should be watch in air tight container, if there was such type of instruction then we could have watch the tv in air tight container so that the damage from air moisture be minimized. i bought the philips led tv for its brand name and such renowned brand becomes faulty then which products should we buy
we are middle class people and we invest such a huge amount to enjoy the benefit for several years we can not spend such amount every year on televisions. philips is a big company so we hope durable products from the company. Renowned companies should produced quality products should not cheat peoples. i want full replacement or full refund from philips. i hope my problem will be resolved.
