No response for TV complaints within warranty period. My Philips Smart TV is less than 2 years old and has a 5 year warranty. It has been giving trouble since the first month. We have registered at least 10 complaints since we bought it. Currently source keeps changing, remote doesn’t work, HDMI not recognized, screen display quality and sharpness reduced severely. No response from customer service. Please help. The TV was purchased from Vijay Sales, Infiniti Mall, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053.
