I am very much disappointed with the service provide from the executive and the customer service. I have trying to complaint and resolve the issue which is been active from almost 120 days from now. Everytime i call up the Philips Customer service to lodge a complaint, the executive gives a time frame of 3 days after raising a service request and promises that someone would come and rectify the problem.

In almost more than 120 days I have complained more than 13 to 14 times and a service executive visited only once and vanished again without rectifying the problem.
