I had ordered 2 phones from snapdeal but one of them is defective. So, i request for the replacement of the product. Finally i courier the phone to the given address which was provided by snapdeal to me. But the problem is that the phone has not reach to its destiny. But the delivery boy says that the product has reached properly and securely. Please act on my complain soon. Thankyou
