Complaint regarding plan change by Videocon DTH

This complaint is regarding the videocon D2h customer care as well as their plan.

I was allowed to add on Premium HD with my base pack and use for more than a month. They have done some modifications to my plan without my permission by their wishes and fancy by removing Premium HD and added gold lite HD and Star world premium HD. I have complained the same on 20th Sep 2018 and 8th October 2018 and customer care representative told this will not going to happen any this plan will be last till I will not asked for.

Today 15th August 2018, I faced the same problem and called customer care number and they are putting me hold for more than 30 mins through changing 3 customer care executive and last told that this Premium HD channels will not activated and intentionally put me on hold and finally without discussing drop the call. When I told them them I will file consumer case against them they immidiately Chang my change as per their convince.

I feel this D2h provider is cheating company and their representative are extremely unprofessional and unskilled. They don’t know how to deal with customer. If premium HD pack was not added how come I avail those channel for almost one month. Please do something and ask for the details from vediocon D2h.
