Complaint regarding POCO F1 order with flipkart

I tried to place order for POCO F1 on 26 October 2018 using my AXIS bank credit card to avail certain offer. However, the order could not be placed/ completed due to failure of payment. Therefore, I placed the order again with my AXIS Bank debit card. However, to my surprise two sam product (POCO F1) delivered to me. When I tried to return one as I needed and placed order for one phone only, the flipkart customer care informed me that the phone can not be returned and only replaced. I explained them the complete situation and told them that I dont need two phones. However, they said that they cant accept my return request. I am surprised to see the response of flipkart.. this is completely a mistake at their end wherein two orders have been placed even on failure of payment and forcing their consumers to purchase/accept what they dont require. Request you to help me in returning one phone back.
