Complaint regarding poor 3G network strength

On August 1,2016 I recharged for 3G of rs 297/-but i don’t found any good services in the name of 3G and as per their claim. later I contacted to customer care on the same day they told me to go for some mobile setting which I did but after that too the speed of 3G was worst like 1G then I again called to customer care 2-3 times more they made me in hold for long time about 10-20 minutes later they disconnected my call and ignored me. 3G services advertisement is done every time but they do not describe for which areas? My area do not comes for 3G of Vodafone but they hide it and I recharged it by giving heavy money as per their advertisement! I found very poor and worst services by this company and I want my money back with all inconvenience charges.
