I had purchased Dell XPS 15 9550 in November 2015, I am receiving “CRITICAL_PROCESS_ERROR” since purchase and contacted Dell Support vide Request No 926365073, every time , support person contact me , take my system on remote and check windows updates and told me to check system now if error persists then contact us again. I have sent mail to DELL Top Management also but they are silent and even no revert mail till date.
