Complaint regarding poor hathway connection

Hathway internet connection down. I have hathway connection which is down for 3 days now. I contact the customer care and they keep telling me that they are looking into the matter. I recently paid for further 6 months of connection, and now the net doesn’t work! i want this to be logged against hathway. acc number 112765183

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
