I took this Hathway connection on May 14 th 2015 as per Hathway advertisement, I was promised high speed connection of 50 Mbps speed with 30 GB usage per month. The salesman convinced me that this id the best connection in Bangalore, took 3 month money in advance and said in the begining you have to take 3 month and after 3 month you can pay the one month rent. After taking the connection it worked fine for first one month, thereafter there was frequent interruptions in the connection, but somehow i managed. After initial 3 months I requested foe 1 month subscription but I was informed by the billing section that they do not have any option of 1 month recharge and again I had to pay 3 month rent, paid Rs3400 on Aug13 for the next 3 months, And since then there is absolutely no internet connection. Currently there is hardly 2 hours net connection/day. Once i get the connection it hardly stays for 15 minutes.

My initial resort was to obviously to call hathway customer care,but soon i realizes it was all pure cheating. Executives sitting and handling calls at the customer care were totally unware of any proceedings. My call used to be put on hold for hours and used to get dissconnected. I was so desperate for the net connection thati tried calling the customercare atleast 50 times/day for last 50 days and i spend almost 1000-1500 rs. But till to date I was offered no solution for my grievances. Most of times call wont reach the executive but t will get dissconnected and if connected they keep saying problem will get rectified in 24 hours/technician will visit my place.But nothing happened till date. Even on my repeated request they refuse to connect my call to their manager. Soon i realized they were all empty promises chanted repeatedly by their customer care executives. I have also requested them to refund the amount and terminate the connection, but they denied to do that saying, its against their company policy. I even made an attempt to go personally to their local office and i was surprised at the situation there. There was just one guy in that so called office who was busy on youtube and refused to answer me. I am suffering heavy damages and loss at work including monetary loss. The mental torture have been put through this month trying to connect customer care and find a solution to my problem has all been in vain and still continuing. Since they have terminate this connection i am not able to take another new net conection. I tottaly feel like a victim to HATHWAYS FRAUDULENCE. And still I cant find away out. Kindly help me out.
