Complaint regarding poor JIO network

I am hardly requested to you that in my area thier is no internet speed. Many time I called to jio customer service but their executive says that we are doing our work but they didn’t have me a proper response. We had recharge of 4G network but we are unable to used atleast 2G. My network speed is 2 KBPS. Kindly Resolve my problem otherwise I will take proper action against you. Please Understand my Problem. I am in trouble.

  1. I am facing major network issue in Thane Khopat area, since last 8-10 days, I am not able to connect any calls in side my house and also my internet speed is terrible. We have complaint multiple times but they say we are working on it.
    It is very difficult situation any we cannot connect to anyone .

    My previous SR no- SR00001SEDC8 – This was closed without any solution.
