I want to thank you for your commendable services this whole year until the time when the cornerstone of your service, 4g data, started to show weakness. I don’t know if many more have the same case as that of mine, but what I have been experiencing for about 10 days now can in no manner be called 4g internet speed. This has happened quite paradoxically because I have enjoyed the best service when I need not had to pay for the same and now when I have become a jio prime member and have purchased a plan as well I am being fed with garbage.

Please don’t do this to me and to many more needy students like me. One more thing which i will like to point out is that please operate a working contact us and complaints portal. They don’t work as many of my complaints have only become successful in getting an automated response. Even when I recharged my number with 303 plan I received a confirmation 3 days later and this happened despite my complaints of delay in processing the recharge. A humble request from your master’s namesake would be please don’t more than that you can swallow.

I hope I will get a satisfactory reply as to why the data is so slow and by what time it will be alive and kicking. Brother I have many exams lined up from 4th of may, please don’t disappoint me. With love and critical appreciation.
