I have GTPL broadband connection. I renewed my connection on 4th december 2016 and since 12th december 2016 till date my issues are not resolved.. I am not able to access internet connection since then. I have opted for New service provider connection… I have dropped innumerable mail to yoursupport@gtpl.net and innumerable complaints on their website but nothing has been resolved.. I also requested and mailed for refund but have not received it yet.. Please help. Me out..
