I have been using my Vodafone number since last 9 years. We are not getting signals, calls and Internet 2G AND also 3G properly from 1 year. I have complained many times but no use no one is helping me with out solving problem closing my complaint / request (ticket). I also changed my sim and also my mobile many times and your idea and vodafone escalation team and vodafone executives also came to my house and checked in my house but no use no one is helping us, I also mailed many times to solve my problem to vodafonecare.ap@vodafone.com and also called many times but no use and we also pay the bills in time with out late. so please help me. IN MY HOUSE WE ARE USING 5 [five] VODOFONE POSTPAID CONNECTIONS.
