Complaint regarding poor quality product from Snapdeal seller

I placed an order of ACS Neck / Cervical Traction Belt on 16th of october.
I received the product in 10 working days but the quality of product was not good and leakage was there hence I decided to return the product. I then requested for return but no one came from seller’s end. Then I asked the reason on which I was said that there is some pin code problem so they asked me to send the product to their Delhi address for which they gave me a form via email. I did the same and returned it to the Delhi warehouse.

After 4-5 days I got back that product and this time when I asked the reason from seller I was told that I had to sent the product to Kolkata warehouse. So, they again gave me a form, this time of Kolkata warehouse and asked me o send the product there. I did same and sent it to Kolkata warehouse but I again got the product back.

I again asked the reason for it and they said that they don’t know why it was returned and asked me to wait for a call from their end. This all started in October end and now it is January end. 3 months have passed but the product has yet not been taken back by SnapDeal. Please help.
