Complaint regarding poor quality product from Snapdeal vendor

I ordered a feugo lycra jeans from Snapdeal on 21/02/2018. Order which was delivered on 23/02/2018. Product has poor quality of fabric so I made a request for refund on the same day. But not received my refund till now. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible as it cause too much inconvenience.
