I ordered a pair of earrings from tjori.com on June 10, 2016. I received them yesterday. They are very cheaply made. The wires are so thick that my ear began to bleed when I tried to push it in.
I immediately emailed them and requested a refund. After hours one customer care staff replied, very casually and offered a reverse pick up and a voucher.
I refused to accept the voucher as I do not wish to shop from them again. I have had enough. They did not reply me back.
Today they sent an email advising me to be patient as they only reply after 24 hours (!!!) to any query and flatly refused to give me back my money.
However, it is clearly mentioned in their return policy that they give full refund.
I feel cheated.
The internet is becoming filled with such fraud, incompetent websites that are fooling the customers and also misbehaving. Please help.
