I have booked a online tickets for my senior citizens parents from Navsari to Ahmenedad. The dropping point mentioned at Ahemdabad on the website while booking was Vishala Hotel, hence, i booked tickets of Rs.1200 for them but Paulo travels persons dropped my parents at Narol Cross road and saying that Vishala hotel is only 600 meters away from here but in reality Vishala hotel was 7 Km away. While talking to the person at Paulo travels, he behaved so badly and said do whatever you want to do. I said you please make them a auto for Vishala at least but they even didn’t it and my parents had to pay Rs.300 auto fare extra. No any person responded properly behalf of Paulo travels.

We had boarded a bus from Mumbai to Goa and booked Paulo travels bus via Paytm.
It has been a nightmare journey for us. Right from the bus reaching the boarding point 4 hours late to rash driving, pathetic seating, AC not working and the bus staff and Paulo travel staff being utterly rude to their passengers. On top of that the bus broke down twice. We are left in the middle of nowhere right now and we have no clue how to proceed from here. We are three girls who trusted this travel bus to drop us safely and comfortably to our destination, for which we paid a premium amount on the ticket too.
This is absolutely fradulent and upon further probing we have found the same pattern of bus delay and breakdown pattern done by Paulo travels in their other journeys.
WE RIGHTFULLY WANT A REFUND FOR THIS, as it wasn’t worth a penny and we have been stranded with the bus breaking down every now and then and no backup being provided to us.
