I have registered several complaints for servicing of Livpure touch plus RO machine on 16, 18, 25 & 26 May 18 vide serives. The company rule is to attend the service within 24 hours of registering complain, but till date the complaint has not been entertained. There are so many telephone calls during these period regarding this to customar care (18004199399) by me which has not been registered there (saving their skin). I am totally harassed by the Livpure RO water company. Plz do the needfull at the earliest. Thanking you.

Bought the livpure water purifier installation is not done yet and worst customer service ever they will keep on prolonging and not provide any alternate solution
