I have been using Yu Yuphoria for about 7 months until recently it started to malfunction. The problem was regarding Audio Adjustment and I submitted the phone to its authorized service center on 16/Feb/2016. Though I have contacted Yu Support innumerous times its now been over a month still I haven’t received my handset. 2 weeks back a member of their technical support team picked up my phone and informed me that my device is already in transit and will reach me within 5 days but 15 days passed by so I called them again. This time another representative picked up the call and informed me that my device isn’t even dispatched.

Dear Sir, I request you to imagine yourself in my condition. In this modern generation, we cant even even think of a moment without a smartphone but in my case I am surviving over a month without my phone.

I earnestly request you to take serious actions against the Customer Service of Yu Televentures.
