I have raised a service request to Aquaguard as the inlet flow of water is slow. As my AMC date is crossed, the service engineer came and said the filters are processing the water slowly, so you need to change the filters. Hence better to go for a new AMC, I agreed and paid the AMC amount, they changed the filters and within a week, the inlet flow is again very slow. These cheap guys, for a commission on AMC have bluffed it seems. Eureka forbes needs to take care of this third party service agents, else their name will be completely gone. Trust curve will surely go down.

  2. Thanks for the immediate response. Please note down the complaint numbers :
    1. 86917399 2. 87036341 and again the 3.87087711. They came for the 2nd service request and said that the outlet water is not drained and clogged inside the tank, so the inlet water flow is low. They also changed a filter saying that its a manufacturing defect. Now today, (13-May2016), no water is drained from the tank (87087711) and the water taste is very bad, which means water is not filtered. Its a heck for me to complain again and again to service center. Better send an experienced service person to clear the problem or return the AMC amount. FYI, 3 service requests within a week.

  4. I am more than 10 year old aquaguard customer, using the products Aquaguard Inova for more than 8years and now taken magna UV recently 6 month back.
    But to our shocking surprise every month i am facing trouble in this machine of Eureka forbes, with frequent stoppage of the machine due to some tuning problem, technical issue.

    The service response is so poor by customer care team that when ever we request to escalate to higher ups the response is they are busy.

    On requesting to change this defective unit no action or heed is paid to the customer requests .

    This is very pathetic, the way Eureka forbes are doing business with only selling products and no concern on product quality or serviceability.

    Totally frustrated and fed up. Home someone sensible reaches out and do some needful please.
