Complaint regarding poor service from Bajaj Finserv

POOR SERVICE by Bajaj finserv and Snehanjali electronics. Value: 20000. It has been more than a month i have been constantly chasing the sales representative from sxxxxxi and Mr Axxxxxxxxi (bajaj finance) for refund of my excess amount with them. NO REVERT & NO FOLLOW-UP. Mr Axxxxxxk Bxxxxxxi was never ready to send any confirmation over the mail and have no courtesy to call back.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
