Complaint regarding poor service from Blue Dart

In the mid of January I applied for a pan card for myself. It was expected to be delivered by 6th of March maximum. However, the Blue Dart didn’t delivered it till 19th march. Due to this I had to cancel my train on 19th march and postponed it to 21 march. On 21 march 2017, my father went to the office and scolded the Deoghar(814112) Blue Dart agent “Kxxxl Kxxxxxi” for his carelessness. After that he apologized and assured that the pan card will be delivered at the address provided. Although it was not delivered and finally my father collected it from the office itself. This doesn’t ends here! After this when tracked the details on nsdl website, it was written there that “the pan card has been delivered by Blue Dart on 6th of March” which is totally a false statement!

This is not for the first time one has to suffer because of Kxxxxl Kxxxxxi. When people don’t get their pan card delivered on time and contact Blue Dart, they are told that “we are unable to find your address. Please collect it from our office.” Well the truth of the matter is that the Blue Dart team of Deoghar has no one to deliver the things. Many of my family members and friends have also gone through the same.
